Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, submitting a service request, or booking any service with AL Home Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Section 02

Services Provided

AL Home Services provides professional residential and commercial home services across the United States, including:

  • Air Duct Cleaning and HVAC Maintenance
  • Carpet Cleaning and Stain Treatment
  • Chimney Inspection, Cleaning, and Repair
  • Dryer Vent Cleaning, Garage Door Repair, Home Remodeling
  • Insulation Installation, Locksmith Services, and Roofing

All services are performed by employed, licensed, and insured technicians. Service availability may vary by location.

Section 03

Booking & Scheduling

By submitting a booking request, you represent that:

  • You are the property owner or have explicit authorization from the property owner to book services.
  • You are 18 years of age or older and all information provided is accurate.
  • A responsible adult (18+) will be present at the property during the service appointment.

We will confirm your appointment by phone or email. Appointment times are estimates and may be subject to slight variations. We will contact you if a significant delay is anticipated.

Section 04

Pricing & Payment

All pricing is provided upfront before any work begins. Our technicians will perform a free inspection and provide a written quote. Work will not commence until you approve the quoted price.

  • Binding Quotes: Once you approve a quote, the price is fixed. We will not add charges mid-job without your prior approval.
  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • Disputed Charges: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us within 14 days of service and we will investigate promptly.

Section 05

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel or reschedule at no charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a trip fee to cover travel costs.
  • No-Show: If no one is present at the scheduled time and we cannot reach you, a no-show fee may apply.
  • Our Cancellations: If we cancel, we provide maximum advance notice and prioritize rescheduling at no additional cost.

Section 06

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every job we complete. If you are not fully satisfied, we will return to address the issue at no additional cost, subject to:

  • You notify us of the issue within 7 days of the original service date.
  • The concern relates to the work originally performed, not new issues that arose after completion.
  • Access to the property is available for our technician to return and inspect.

Our guarantee covers workmanship and service quality. It does not cover damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or circumstances outside the scope of service performed.

Section 07

Liability & Limitations

AL Home Services carries general liability insurance for all employed technicians. In the event of damage caused by our technicians, notify us within 48 hours and we will resolve the matter promptly.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.
  • Claims for property damage must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

Intellectual Property

All content on alhomeservices.us — including text, images, logos, graphics, and page designs — is the property of AL Home Services and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.

Section 09

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maricopa County, Arizona.

For customers in other states, mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence may also apply and are not waived by this agreement.
